Santo Cuviso Pechuga de Gallina is an ultra-rare sotol made with traditional pechuga-style distillation using chicken breast to infuse depth and complexity. Earthy, savory, and herbal, it’s a unique expression of the Lechuguilla plant and Sonoran spirit-making heritage.

Made from wild Lechuguilla (Dasylirion) and distilled with chicken breast (pechuga) for added mouthfeel and umami.
