All our items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are intended for consumer use only. To have a fair chance at purchasing highly sought-after items, we recommend signing up for our newsletter for notifications on sales, special offers, and allocations. Be aware, we monitor for multiple accounts and unauthorized reselling activities and reserve the right to refuse service accordingly. All sales are final.

We can hold items for one business day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability after 24 hours for holds or unpaid products. Orders not paid in full within this timeframe may be canceled to ensure our inventory is up-to-date and available for other customers. All sales are final.

Yes, we offer store pickup. Pick-up orders are typically ready within 20 minutes. We also provide gift wrapping options for presents and offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and our customer service team is here to assist you daily from 9 AM to 11 PM (PST) with any questions or concerns.

PO box shipping is prohibited under our shipping policy.

SHIPPING DAYS - Transit times are only based on business days and do not include weekends. The day your order ships out does not count as a day in transit. There is an option of Saturday deliveries in San Diego City and County, but they are not available through our website. For Saturday deliveries, call 858-369-1211.
