Ron Viejo de Caldas 5-Year Rum is a Colombian treasure, aged in oak barrels to develop its smooth character and toasted sugar complexity. Aged at high elevation in the Andes, this golden rum brings rich molasses, oak, and vanilla flavors ideal for sipping or mixing.
Composition:
Crafted from sugarcane molasses and aged 5 years in oak casks in Caldas, Colombia.
Maturation: 5 years in American oak
Elevation Aging: Andes mountain climate
Tasting Notes: Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and light spice.
