As is the norm with every stout from Bottle Logic, this one hits the spot. Infinite Variables is a carioca-inspired stout. I had to look up carioca since I didn't know what it is. It turns out it is a Filipino street food consisting of glutinous rice flour, deep-fried, and tossed in caramel. I've never had these fried sweet rice balls before, but if this beer is any indication of how they taste, I need to try some! Anyways, like most Bottle Logic stouts, this one has a viscous body and velvety mouthfeel. It is sweet but not overly sweet. It gets better as it warms up. I highly recommend enjoying this beer with company.
