Derrumbes Zacatecas Mezcal is a highland-style mezcal made from blue agave, offering a fascinating cross between tequila and mezcal profiles. Produced in Huitzila, this expression highlights minerality, gentle smoke, and clean agave sweetness.

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave using traditional pit-roasting and copper still distillation in Zacatecas.
