Dad’s Hat Single Barrel Straight Rye offers a unique, barrel-select experience for rye lovers. Made in small batches in Pennsylvania—the birthplace of American rye—it delivers bold spice, dark fruit, and toasted oak notes with no blending involved.
Composition:
Mash bill of rye, malted barley, and aged in charred new oak barrels. Each bottle is drawn from a single barrel.
Distillation: Pot-distilled in small batches
Barrel Program: Single barrel release (no blending)
Tasting Notes: Black pepper, dried cherries, baking spices, and rich oak.
Serving Suggestions: Sip neat or in a classic Old Fashioned.
