Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, this mezcal is crafted using sustainably harvested Espadín and Cirial agaves, stone-ground, and distilled in copper pots.

Crafting Process: Traditional stone-ground and wood-fired.
Tasting Notes:
A smoky nose with herbal and citrus undertones. On the palate, expect earthy, slightly sweet flavors with hints of roasted agave.
