Twice distilled in copper stills, this high-proof Blanco offers a unique sipping experience, featuring rich minerality and herbaceous notes. The aroma is a complex blend of wet stone, cooked agave, starfruit, sweet grapefruit, and tarragon, creating a captivating bouquet. On the palate, you’ll experience the taste of cooked agave intertwined with high alcohol content, unveiling layers of cracked black pepper, cinnamon, and dried herbs like oregano, thyme, and basil. This tequila is crafted by fourth-generation Master Distiller Felipe Camarena, using a 50/50 mixture of collected rainwater and spring water, and is best when left to rest for a few minutes before sipping to fully appreciate its intricate profile
