La Escondida Sotol Blanco is a bold and earthy spirit crafted from wild Dasylirion (Sotol) plants native to northern Mexico. This unaged expression reveals the raw, vegetal essence of the desert—perfect for adventurous palates seeking a true agave alternative.

Made from 100% wild Sotol (Dasylirion) plants, distilled in small batches to highlight terroir-driven flavors.
