El Acabo Raicilla Plata is a crisp, bright, and complex agave spirit from the Sierra region of Jalisco. Often considered a cousin to mezcal, this Plata (unaged) Raicilla features mineral-rich terroir, herbal tones, and subtle smoke — a fresh, artisanal experience for agave connoisseurs.
Composition:
Made from wild agave Lechuguilla (Angustifolia), this Raicilla is produced in traditional earth ovens, naturally fermented, and distilled in copper stills. Bottled unaged to showcase pure agave character.
