Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in stone ovens and aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels.

As is the norm with every stout from Bottle Logic, this one hits the spot. Infinite Variables is a carioca-inspired stout. I had to look up carioca since I didn't know what it is. It turns out it is a Filipino street food consisting of glutinous rice flour, deep-fried, and tossed in caramel. I've never had these fried sweet rice balls before, but if this beer is any indication of how they taste, I need to try some! Anyways, like most Bottle Logic stouts, this one has a viscous body and velvety mouthfeel. It is sweet but not overly sweet. It gets better as it warms up. I highly recommend enjoying this beer with company.
Everything was great. Just wish you would ship regular UPS Ground and not Ground Saver. We customers can’t afford to take a day off to receive our delivery. Adult signature required. With regular Ground we can forward the delivery to a UPS Store location and pick up at our convenience. Ground Saver doesn’t allow us to do that.
