Santo Cuviso Blanco Sotol from Coahuila is crafted from wild Dasylirion Cedrosanum and represents the clean, vibrant flavors of Northern Mexico’s desert terroir. This unaged Sotol is crisp, herbaceous, and minerally, with a delicate smoky backdrop and a fresh, lively finish.
