La Higuera Wheeleri represents one of the most traditional expressions of sotol, distilled from the Dasylirion Wheeleri plant in the Chihuahuan desert. It's grassy, smoky, and full of northern Mexican terroir—ideal for mezcal and agave spirit lovers seeking something new.
