La Higuera Leiophyllum Sotol expresses the wild terroir of Northern Mexico through the rare Dasylirion Leiophyllum plant. Distilled using traditional methods, this sotol offers a grassy, peppery character with bright minerality and a soft finish.

Made from 100% Dasylirion Leiophyllum (a wild desert plant similar to agave), distilled in Chihuahua.
