La Venenosa Sierra Occidental is an exquisite expression of raicilla—Jalisco’s lesser-known agave spirit—crafted by Don Ruben Peña. Made from Maximiliana agave, it’s distilled high in the Sierra using traditional wood-fired stills and delivers herbaceous, complex notes.
