Aged in new American oak barrels, this gin develops notes of vanilla, spice, and caramel, while still retaining the herbal character of traditional gin. Ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or using in cocktails like an Old Tom Martini, Tom Cat Gin brings a unique twist to classic gin.
